At Treetops Early Learning Centres, the safety and security of your child is our top priority. We understand the trust you place in us, and we go above and beyond to create a secure environment where children can learn, explore, and thrive with confidence.

Strict Entry Protocols At Our Early Learning Centres

We ensure only authorised parents, caregivers, staff members and visitors are allowed to enter the premises. Visitors are required to sign in and provide identification before being granted access.

Double Safety and Security Measures

To improve security in our centres, we have implemented double safety measures that include doors with high handles, strategically placed safety gates, and heavy front doors. Staff monitor the reception areas throughout the day. These measures prevent children from accessing areas unsupervised while allowing staff to move efficiently within the premises. This additional protection ensures a secure environment for children.

Vetted & Trained Staff

All our educators undergo thorough background checks and training in health, safety, and emergency response. Our team is committed to maintaining a nurturing and secure atmosphere for all children in our care.

Emergency Procedures

We have well-established emergency procedures, including fire drills, earthquake safety plans, and first-aid training for staff. Regular drills ensure that both children and educators are well-prepared for any situation.

Safe and Supervised Play Areas

Our learning and play areas are designed with child safety in mind. From soft-fall surfaces in outdoor play areas to age-appropriate equipment, we ensure that every child can explore safely under the watchful eyes of our experienced educators.

At Treetops Early Learning Centres, we are dedicated to creating a safe and secure environment where children can flourish. Your child’s well-being is our highest priority, and we continually assess and enhance our safety measures to provide you with peace of mind.

Daily Health And Safety Procedures

Our staff conducts daily environmental checks using a meticulously designed hazard checklist, which they sign off upon completion to ensure a safe environment for your child. Additionally, we sanitise the toys at the end of each day and engage professional cleaners to clean the centres after closing hours. Following every meal or freshening-up session, we sanitise all surfaces to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.
