From the start of the lock down until now, communication from Treetops has been frequent and consistent which really helped me as a parent managed transitioning my son back to daycare. I appreciated being informed of government expectations at every different level of restrictions and I was comfortable in strategies Treetops put in place in response. Where there was uncertainty for me, management and staff were responsive in finding ways to ease those concerns and were open to have discussions.

I really do appreciated the policies and processes Treetops has put in place to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing and also having these policies made available to parents to view. This gave me confidence to bring my son who has a immunocompromised health issue back to daycare a week earlier than planned for. My son settled straight back into routine and you and your team in Kea room have been wonderful in making him feel welcomed, allowing him to bring his blanket as well for comfort after being away for such a long time. Thank you for all that you do and for the practical ways you have put in place to ensure everyone feels safe and well."

"One of the best daycares we've come across

We did comp visits at many daycares and interviewed the staff before we came to a uniform decision to place our baby to this one last year. Our cub was 6.5/7 months when he was introduced to Treetops and the nest whanau.

We find the staff especially the nest teachers caring, proactive, diligent and great in parent-teacher communication. The teachers are patient and are great listeners to the requirements and requests made to them. They ensure every communication is addressed well and responded to in the best manner. The nest whanau interaction with our cub has been quite an experience, a really exhilarating one. Their journey with our baby has been positive and rewarding in many ways. I really acknowledge the outstanding effort and dedication they put into each and every child under their care. That put me and my husband at peace that our child is under great care and comfort.
